I can not stand when two people querrel especially in the family. I know it's normal that 2 people would have different attitude and then thet start to fight.  My heart will beat fast  then become  anxiety which  is related to fear, it is not the same thing. I admit that I hhave an anxiety evertime I see people fighting and it's become a phobia of couple 's life. I know it's common to worry but I 'm afriad that I will get used to it then become stressful and even more and more .

   I know meditation will help , I think I have to practice to make my self and my mind calm down and not to think too much or worry too much .
